UTV Ignition Games launches new trailer for El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron

UTV Ignition Games has released a new full-length trailer for their upcoming fantasy game, El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron.

The movie-style trailer, sure to get even the most mild gamer’s blood pumping, reveals new images of the stunning upcoming action title that critics are already raving about. The new footage includes a first look at the game’s intense later chapters of one man’s epic journey into the depths of hell.

Developed by an all-star team, led by gaming visionary Sawaki Takeyasu (Devil May Cry), El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron draws players in through its landmark art style and its engaging storyline, more of which is revealed in the latest trailer. Inspired by events in the Old Testament’s apocryphal ‘Book of Enoch,’ players take the role of Enoch, the purest of men chosen by God to reclaim the souls of corrupted angels and ultimately avoid the apocalyptic wrath from the Heavens.

The trailer showcasing El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron will be presented on the show floor at this year’s Comic Con at booth 4112 in the Game Fans area. A playable demo will also be available at the booth.
