USC brings MMO immersion into the 21st Century
An ingenious team of students at the University of Southern California’s Institute for Creative Technologies has developed an intuitive new system for using the Microsoft Kinect for non-XBox 360 titles. The FAAST, or Flexible Action and Articulated Skeleton Toolkit allows simple keyboard commands to be executed via full-body gestures. And the game they used to premiere the toolkit? World of Warcraft!
