The struggles with canceling an ECA membership

ECA

If you’ve signed up to become a member with the Entertainment Consumers Association (ECA), you may want to know that canceling your membership isn’t as easy as you might thought it would have been.

Instead of being able to log into your ECA account online and hitting a “cancel” button or sending them an email request, they are requiring the good’ol snail mail process.  Here is the address you will need to send your written letter to:

Attn: Accounting
ECA
64 Danbury Road, Suite 700
Wilton, CT 06897-4406

IGN.com has a lot of important info that you will want to read regarding the cancellation process as well as ECA’s stance on the whole matter.

Also, check out the CheapAssGamer thread dedicated to this whole situation.
