New screenshots for Marvel vs. Capcom 3

Yesterday the official Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds development blog was updated with new screenshots and explanations underneath for the upcoming game. (Unfortunately, the blog is written in Japanese.)

While the screen caps don’t show health bars, or anything, fans still can get a clear sense of what the game will look like–a combination of 2D, 3D, and cel-shading. Check out the gallery below for shots of Wolverine vs Ryu, Iron Man showing off his big guns, and Hulk doing what he does best: smashing things.

Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds will becoming to PS3 and Xbox 360 in spring 2011. In addition to Ryu, Wolverine, Iron Man, and Hulk, confirmed characters so far include Deadpool, Chris Redfield, and Morrigan Aensland.
