		<description>While I have not actually made a purchase through gohastings.com....I did make the attempt.  I tried to purchase an item and I even set up for express shipping.  When item didn&#039;t arrive I looked at my order status to find that the item is now OUT OF STOCK which it was not labeled at the time I ordered.  When I called the company to find out what was going on I was told that there is a delay from the inventory area to the website. I couldn’t believe that they didn&#039;t think to contact me to let me know that the item is now out of stock. ( which I have had other companies do in the past ) Looked a few days later with crossed fingers hoping that it was shipped so it would be here for Christmas, only to find that my order was now canceled, sent an email to the company two days ago and have yet to hear from them. Not a good first time with gohastings.. not sure that there will be a second.</description>
