The Scoop: Ski Jumping 2010 from Vivid Games might just be the best, simplest and most relevant game of 2010 for iPhone and iPod Touch.
[Check out my review of Vivid Games' Boozle]
The Setup: you may want to enroll your fingers in some sort of training program because once you get a taste of this game, you’ll be pushing them to the limit while competing to win the “World Cup.” Seriously, this game features 26 realistic ski jumps from across the globe.
What’s Hot:
- Career mode with increasing jumper’s skill
- Intuitive and easy controls (tilt and touch)
- OpenFeint online functionality
- Multiplayer mode (4 players, 1 device)
- 26 ski jumps all over the world
- 49 jumpers with different skills
- Advanced physic model for the flight simulation
- Equipment shop for professionals
- Real world records to beat
What’s Not:
- Inability to stop playing this game.
Final Verdict: Ski Jumping 2010 is pure enjoyment. With its ease of use, fun factor and multi-player mode, the $2.99 price tag seems small and very worth it. Download here.
