The Scoop: My white 13-inch Macbook was purchased more than two years ago. It has traveled to foreign countries, just about every state and has yet to skip a beat. The Setup: The mCover is an ergonomically designed hard-shell case that is custom fit for a variety of Macbooks, Amazon Kindles, and now Netbooks. Created out of tough polycarbonate material, the mCover comes in two pieces – the top shell and bottom shell. Installing the mCover only takes a few minutes as both the top and bottom shells snap onto the Macbook using small clips. The mCover offers cutouts for all of the ports, so once installed, you never have to worry about taking the mCover off. And to help make using your device more comfortable, the mCover comes with foldable feet.

Final Verdict: It’s toughness, stylish looks and low pricetag of $20 make this a must for anybody carrying their laptop out and about a lot. In fact, the additional color options are a nice add to anybody looking to spice up their current white and black only options for the Macbook. Its easy of use is very nice as well… literally just snaps into place and allows for all ports and switches to work like normal.

@rurik9 – Completely agree… I’ve paid a few higher prices to get what I want in a Mac and this cover is worth it’s weight in gold for it’s durability and good looks.

I have yet to take off my mCover for my HP Netbook. I can’t count how many times it has saved my Netbook from scratches and bumps.

I received my mCover last week. I ordered the clear one and love it. It was so easy to put on (and is easy to take off) and the clear colour keeps that nice white look I like. I live in Canada and there were no customs or duties charges. I love the mCover! You can hardly tell I have it on. And what a great price compared to other Macbook covers out there that seem to get mixed reviews. I give the mCover 5 out of 5 stars.

BTW – The mCover just spend a week with me in the rugged mountains of Costa Rica and was simply flawless. My laptop was with me at an adventure race and I’m sure it took the brunt of the abuse! Simply a great product!
