Arthur Christmas Movie Storybook from iStoryTime now Available
Last week, Arthur Christmas debuted at the box office from Aardmore for Sony Pictures Animation to much success. This week, iStoryTime launched Arthur Christmas Movie Storybook in the App Store for iPhone and iPad for $3.99. Based on the new 3D, CG-animated film, which is directed by Sarah Smith, written by Peter Baynham & Sarah Smith, and produced by Peter Lord, David Sproxton, Carla Shelley, and Steve Pegram, the new storybook app features several in-story activities that allow the reader to be immersed in the magic of the Arthur Christmas story.
Arthur Christmas is an interactive storybook app that at last reveals the incredible, never-before-seen answer to every child’s question: “So how does Santa deliver all those presents in one night?” The answer: Santa’s exhilarating, ultra-high-tech operation hidden beneath the North Pole. But at the heart of the film is a story with the ingredients of a Christmas classic – a family in a state of comic dysfunction and an unlikely hero: Santa’s youngest son, Arthur. When this amazing operation misses one child out of hundreds of millions, Arthur, the least capable Claus, embarks on a hilarious, exciting rogue mission against the clock with his politically incorrect grandfather Grandsanta and a giftwrapping-obsessed elf named Bryony, to deliver the last present before Christmas morning dawns.
Available in the Apple App Store for $3.99, the storybook features original content from the feature film, including images and character voices and parents and their children can experience the adventure before or after seeing the movie in the box office.
